Isn't this salvia beautiful? It blooms August and September in the front garden.
It is rainy here right now, after sunshine all day long. I love that about New Mexico. And once it rains, everything cools down and the light is fantastic. We also get rainbows here - not just little, wimpy ones, but BIG, sometimes DOUBLE ones that you know have HUGE pots of gold at the end.... haven't found one of those yet, unfortunately.
